I: Abstract

The WG02 have been available for a while under the '/draft' repository. Contributions are welcome.

II: Update:

The NeKernel papers are now available on NeKernel.org under the '/draft' repository. Multiple Working Groups have been set up for that matter. Click here (https://github.com/nekernel-org/draft) to access the repository.

III: Purpose:

The NeKernel papers have originally been written to cover C++ methodology on microkernel architecture, and scheduler architecture. Future working groups will be organized to continue in this lineage of Systems Research.
